Homeowner incentive is based on the financing type selected:

$1,000 Homeowner Incentive

• Applies to GoodLeap DC2 PPA projects
• Available in CA, TX, and HI
• Requires Powerwall 3 and Qcells
• Paid directly to the homeowner at PTO
   

$500 Homeowner Incentive

• Applies to all other TPO options, including:
  • Lease / PPA (non-DC2)
  • LightReach
  • HDM
  • GoodLeap non-DC2

• This homeowner rebate can be combined with other homeowner rebates
• Sellers must add the rebate adder in the Vision proposal for stacking to apply
